Provided with diverter with three positions for three water outlets. It has a system that cuts the service in case the water supply fails, avoiding in this way that there is scalding. Anti-return valves integrated. It has hot and cold water shut-off valves for cartridge maintenance. It has two safety mechanisms adjustable by the user, one to regulate the maximum flow and another to regulate the maximum mixing temperature.
